We recommend booking your wedding florist 6–12 months in advance, particularly if your wedding falls during a popular wedding season. However, we are happy to accommodate shorter timelines when our schedule allows.Your wedding date is reserved once your contract is signed and the required retainer has been received. As your wedding approaches, we’ll work with you to finalize your floral designs and counts.Final counts and payment are due 45 days before your wedding or event. At that point, we begin finalizing the details needed to order your flowers and prepare for production.If you already know you would like Flowers by Zoie to create your wedding flowers, we encourage you to reach out early. We accept a limited number of weddings and events so our design team can give each one the attention it deserves.

To help us make the most of our time together, we encourage you to share inspiration photos that show the floral styles, colors, shapes, and overall look you love. The best time to share these is when you initially book your consultation. Our booking form allows you to upload up to 10 inspiration photos, giving us an opportunity to review your vision before we meet.It’s also helpful to have your wedding color palette, venue information, approximate wedding party size, and an idea of the floral pieces you may need for your ceremony and reception. Photos of your attire, bridesmaid dresses, linens, or other décor elements are also helpful.You do not need to have every detail figured out before your consultation—that’s what we’re here for! We’ll talk through your ideas, answer your questions, and help you determine which floral designs will best complement your wedding.The more visual references you can provide, the better. Inspiration photos give our design team a solid visual understanding of what you love and help us create a proposal that reflects your vision from the very beginning.

We do not currently have a minimum for wedding florals. Every wedding is different, and we are happy to provide flowers for everything from a few personal pieces to full ceremony and reception florals.We can certainly keep your overall budget in mind when discussing your options; however, our pricing is based on the flowers, size, style, and complexity of the designs you select. If you share an inspiration photo with us, we will price the design based on what is represented in the photo rather than altering the price to fit a predetermined budget.If the design you love is outside of your budget, we’re happy to discuss possible changes to the flower varieties, size, or overall design that may bring the cost closer to your desired price point.Our goal is to be transparent about what your floral vision realistically costs while helping you make choices that are right for your wedding.

Yes! We offer delivery and professional setup for weddings and events. Our team can deliver your flowers to your venue and take care of setting up the floral elements included in your proposal so everything is beautifully in place and ready for your celebration.Delivery and setup fees are based on mileage, the amount of labor required, and the specific setup needs of your wedding or event. Events with more involved installations or those requiring additional team members and setup time will be priced accordingly.As your wedding approaches, we will coordinate directly with your venue or wedding coordinator regarding delivery and setup times, allowing you to focus on enjoying your wedding day.Strike services (post-event breakdown and retrieval) are also available for an additional fee. If your event includes rental items, installations, or floral pieces that require our team to return after the celebration, we can include strike services in your proposal.

We use a seasonal flower availability guide to help you understand which flowers are typically available around the time of your wedding or event. Whenever possible, we will source the specific flowers included in your floral designs.Because fresh flowers are a natural product, however, availability can sometimes be affected by seasonality, growing conditions, weather, quality, and supply. Occasionally, a substitution may be necessary even for a flower that is normally available during your wedding season.If a significant substitution is needed, we will notify your designated point of contact as early as possible. Any substitutions will be thoughtfully selected to maintain the color palette, style, texture, and overall vibe of the original floral design.Our priority is always the finished design. We will never make a substitution simply for convenience—we want your flowers to feel and look like the vision we planned together.

Wedding floral design is highly visual, and we believe your consultation deserves more than a quick phone conversation. For that reason, Flowers by Zoie offers wedding consultations in person at our shop or virtually by video.During your consultation, Christy takes the time to review your inspiration photos with you, discuss your colors and overall style, talk through each floral element of your wedding, and make sure she has a clear understanding of your vision. Following the consultation, she invests additional time developing a detailed, personalized floral proposal based on everything you discussed.Being able to see one another and look at your inspiration together is an important part of that process. It allows both you and our design team to leave the consultation with a solid visual understanding of what you are envisioning and helps us provide thoughtful, accurate recommendations and pricing.At this time, there is no charge for your wedding floral consultation. We do ask that you set aside the time to participate in the consultation so that we can give your wedding the same thoughtful attention we give every couple who comes to us.We also understand that our approach isn't the right fit for everyone.
